TrackFlow is a lightweight affiliate tracking and reporting service. These Terms describe the general rules for using the website and service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and keeping your account secure. Do not share passwords, API keys or private access information through public channels or contact forms.
3. Trial and pricing
New accounts currently receive a 3-day free trial. The Starter plan is currently presented at $10/month. Pricing, plans, limits and features may change. Any future billing process or payment requirements will be presented through the applicable product flow.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use TrackFlow for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, phishing content or unauthorized tracking.
- Do not interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.
5. Your campaign data
You are responsible for the URLs, offers, traffic sources, tracking parameters and other data you configure. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use those materials and to track traffic in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep TrackFlow reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies or events outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
TrackFlow and its original interface, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TrackFlow to you.
8. Disclaimer
TrackFlow is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that tracking, attribution or reporting will be uninterrupted or perfectly accurate under every network, browser, ad platform or third-party condition.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service operation.
